I had an awesome service experience at DeNooyer this week! Blew out a tire and got towed in. Jonathan Cordi went above and beyond to coordinate my unique tire replacement and to sort out my tire warra week! Blew out a tire and got towed in. Had my truck appraised for a possible trade in and all I got was a low ball KBB instant cash offer via email. Never heard from anyone about it and when I spoke with a Mike Miller from the dealership regard got was a low ball KBB instant cash offer via email. Never heard from anyone about it and when I spoke with a Mike Miller from the dealership regarding the appraisal, he wasn't even aware that I was just there with the truck to appraise it for a trade in. Which he stated he would speak with management about it and get back to me by the end of the day with an update. He never called nor did anyone else from the dealership try to help me any further More
