Excellent service & communication from John Cordi, the bad part is getting calls for the sales department wanting to buy my car even after you’ve stated that you’re not interested in selling the car. Found oil drips on left fender and inner engine cover. Wheel lug lock tossed on passenger side floor, not in console tray. Noticed that some mechanics backed the vehicle into the parking spot, but no so for me. Didn't get a text or call to let me know my truck was ready. Waited about 12 minutes before I walked into the service area. Otherwise Good! The cost of service was very fair. Service manager was very professional, a little cold, a friendly smile would have cut the ice. Changing oil at home is messy and inconvenient. Denooyer offers a cost effective and convenient option. Despite my initial gripes, you folks are awesome. More
Everything was fine until my check engine light came on. I had to bring the car back. They fixed it and gave me a free oil change. It takes a long time to get an appointment and then a long time to diagnose and discuss with you. However, you will continue to get texts and emails ad nauseum! You really need to have a lot of time and vehicle knowledge. I would not have written a negative review, but I kept receiving emails. More

If I could give negative stars, that would be appropriate. This dealership is a complete disaster from sales to service to management. Took six months for my truck to come in, which I understa appropriate. This dealership is a complete disaster from sales to service to management. Took six months for my truck to come in, which I understand is not the dealer's fault. But they didn't order my step bars until the day I was schedule to pick the truck up as they "thought they were in stock" and blamed the dealer stocking software. Now they have been on backorder for over a month. These should have been ordered when the truck was ordered, which is the same day I ordered the step bars. Dealer didn't do anything to help, I had to keep asking status. When I was told to speak with parts department, they didn't know where the order was and couldn't tell me anything either. I finally asked for my money back and will order from some place competent. About first service: I had the first service completed by Denooyer and after a few weeks started noticing small oil spots on my driveway. Assuming since the truck was brand new, I kept looking at the wife's vehicle and never found anything. Friday morning I go to the truck and find a massive oil spot on my concrete driveway. The service technician apparently does NOT know how to use a filter wrench and tighten the oil filter. It took 3 turns by hand to snug it up even. Denooyer says they cannot look at it and wanted to tow it to the shop and leave me with no vehicle. Their solution was to make me wait at Mangino Cheverolet so that dealer could run diagnostics for damage and check everything out. So I had to wait 2+ hours there. DO NOT take anything to get serviced here. They are not competent at anything it seems. They didn't even reset the oil and filter when they did service it. More
