Was there on a Saturday for a high-milage Suburban battery/charging problem. Service Dept. happened to be short-staffed and Jonathon was really holding the ship together. Very unhappy bought a used car with several paint chips. I was told they would make it right. They did a aweful job . I would have never purchased it otherwise. I need it to be $20,000 what I bought the car for. All of a sudden the price is going down ? Umm so what’s going to happen in a few months when they lower the car to $20,000 and it will be too late with the months and mileage .. I’m not the type to complain but this was a huge purchase for me and the payment is high , I keep my vehicles for 10 plus years. I just feel that once they sold the car then not their problem. However the girl that sold it was more than professional and honest. So definitely not her fault. More
