when I arrived for my appointment Mr Lockrow was the only attendant there. He was eating so after abt 5 min he didn't acknowledge me so I asked if he was the only person there. He said yes. An hour appointment turned into a 2 hour appointment for my first free oil change. They also didnt put a reminder sticker on my windshield. After not receive a text from Brendan I had to go find who had my my first free oil change. They also didnt put a reminder sticker on my windshield.
