I brought my brand new vehicle there for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call telling me my tires a as bare as a babies bottom which makes no sense because it only has 16000 miles and was se and tire rotation. I spoke to a supervisor who said the manufacturer will only warranty 50%. I told George I am not authorizing anything but would like a quote. Next thing I know 1 hr later I received a call from the technician Akiem stating they are taking my tires off the rims and switching them out and doing an alignment. I quickly call and they already had my tires off. I told them I didn’t authorize any of this and I want my tires put back on my vehicle and was told I had to wait until the next day for this to happen as it was the end day.. this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have no way of knowing that the tires they put back on my vehicle are the true ones that were on when it went in. Again I bought this vehicle brand new with not even 20 miles from them Aug of 2022 had it serviced in March of 2023 at Mohawk Chevy which I provided the tread was like new- so it makes no sense that now they are all horrible… they kept back tracking what they said also about the condition of my tires when being questioned but the fact they took my tires off my vehicle without authorization is unsettling!!! More

Treated well while dropping off vehicle. Disappointed with two different recommendations for service.
