My father recently boug To Whom It May Concern, I would like to commend James Finland in the Service Department of De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership. My father recently bought me a 2001 Grand Prix GT which had some issues that needed to be taken care of and Jim has been a great service technician. He has handled all of the issues that I have had with the vehicle and has upheld the best standards of customer service. He has been friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I know that a lot of customers must usually only write reviews that are negative, not typically giving credit where credit is due, however I felt that it was very important for me to let De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership know that their Service Department as a whole has been very friendly and helpful and especially Jim Finland's service.
