Horrible Only gets one star because I have to. Service team is nice but it's only because they know they are robbing you. After being told the problem when w Only gets one star because I have to. After being told the problem when we brought the car in, they looked at it and determined that the problem was caused by something different. Only to tell you later that the problem that they were told about was actually correct. Then when a sensor fails in the same area they were working on they take no responsibility for the problem and charge you more money to fix it. They also tell you they're going to order a part (recall) for you and never do. And they are going to talk to their GM about waiving fees, and never do! More
I experienced good service in a timely manor and friendly customer service. Waited in customer lounge that was very comfortable. There was a courtesy area with refreshments that very inviting. My father recently boug To Whom It May Concern, I would like to commend James Finland in the Service Department of De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership. My father recently bought me a 2001 Grand Prix GT which had some issues that needed to be taken care of and Jim has been a great service technician. He has handled all of the issues that I have had with the vehicle and has upheld the best standards of customer service. He has been friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I know that a lot of customers must usually only write reviews that are negative, not typically giving credit where credit is due, however I felt that it was very important for me to let De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership know that their Service Department as a whole has been very friendly and helpful and especially Jim Finland's service.
