Service center success I'm never a fan of dealership service departments, I've always felt I was being treated as an afterthought. Dealing with Dan at denooyer was a new exp I'm never a fan of dealership service departments, I've always felt I was being treated as an afterthought. Spent 8k still having issues I had a transmission issue with my 204 yukon xl. They claimed that it needed to be replaced and I also asked them to change fuel pump and look at fron I had a transmission issue with my 204 yukon xl. They claimed that it needed to be replaced and I also asked them to change fuel pump and look at front brakes. I approved all the work for 8k and less than month later I get a brake abs warning and take it to another chevy dealer they want another $400 because brake lines which were replaced by Denoyer were installed incorrectly and was worn out and leaking. Denoyer paid this bill be needed to put pressure on them to pay. Now the transmission is leaking at just over 2 months and 4,000 miles and I learn to find that the warranty which was to be for 100k miles only applies to parts and not labor. 8k would have been a nice down payment on a new Ford truck I am done with chevy/gmc will never buy another car from any dealer and this from a life long chevy/gmc person. Lost cause. I will get to the point. No one calls you back. I was trying to trade my vehicle in for another at Denooyer. The team was supposed to get me rough est I will get to the point. I waited 2 days and finally called them. No luck, they were having a special sale. So, the heck with me i guess because I wasn't there. I will have Rebecca call you back today I was told. Nothing. Happened the next day as well. Finally, with another call from me, they said, oh, we had to send them out again to the used car sales man. I will call you back with an estimate. Here it is one day later after 6 days later. NOTHING.... Customer service-NONE. Lier-A perfect 10. Great job team Denooyer. Oh, and I already know. I'm just another number.... Not very impressed after what I explained to them that another dealer did to me. Reaction from Denooyer, Well that would never happen here. We are here for you. Ahahahahhahahahahaha. More
GM Warranty means nothing to Deooyer Bought a 2012 Avalanche still under original bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranties. After about a month the front driver side headlamp assembly Bought a 2012 Avalanche still under original bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranties. After about a month the front driver side headlamp assembly was full of moisture and the passenger side exterior door handle started pulling away from the door. Called Denooyer, explained what was wrong, made appointment, no problem, right? Wrong.The Day of appointment the 1st thing wrong was they had no idea why we came in, even though they send a confirmation with details of the problems. Then they started questioning the mileage, then what was covered, then told my wife they will get her a shuttle to take her home. What!?! Under the warranty they are suppose to provide a loaner vehicle of similarity. So my wife left with our vehicle and called me to tell me what happened. I called Denooyer and once again explained what was wrong, told them they were suppose to give us a loaner, car, and fix my truck. Oh no problem sir. So we rescheduled the appointment. Brought it in on that day, got our loaner, drove off, life is good, right? Not! About 3 hours later I get a phone call from someone who isn't our advisor telling me that the door handle is not covered under warranty because it's cosmetic. What!?! It's a door handle! It has function. Then they changed the wording and called it trim. So apparently if you buy a car, pull off the lot, and the door handles come off its on you. Then he tells me the moisture in the headlamp assembly is normal. I would've agreed to that statement except the other headlamp didn't have a bit of moisture in it. The driver side has had moisture in it for 3 weeks and counting. So annoyed! Then when picking up my unfixed truck they had something in the paperwork saying headlight needs a capsule. They said I declined the capsule. One, this was never mentioned to me and two, what the xxxx is a capsule and why do I need it if there is nothing wrong according to Denooyer service people. In Summary : Both of my cases, they are wrong and GM Warranties mean nothing to Denooyer. Done with Denooyer! More
The customer service was horrible So im bringing my moms car in for some minor service the service for the car was good no complaints there. But when I walked in the receptionist was rude from the beginning she had an attitude and rolled her eyes numerous times and it was pretty evident she could careless about servicing me. So after I called my mom and got the full name of the guy that I needed help with she called him. I was standing near the receptionist dest for about 10 minutes and she didn't say a word to me. Then about 5 minutes later a lady walks in and she greets her asks her about her day..... she helps the lady and the lady is standing a couple of feet from me and she calls the lady by her name and goes "there's a seat ring area over there with water and bagels" I find it very ironic that the lady got exceptional service when I got very disgusting service. And the whole time I was waiting for the car to be finished I stood in the showroom waiting. Great customer service always starts at the botttom and works it's way up. And the customer service that I received was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone. More

My truck, a 2012 Silverado 3500 Diesel, was in dire need of an oil change and was parked at the Albany Airport. Dbave graciously volunteered to go get my truck and have the oil changed while I was away, at no inconvenience to me. This type of customer service is why I continue to purchase vehicles at Denooyer. Dave should be Congratulated for his outstanding commitment to your business. I will remain faithful to this dealership for all vehicle purchases and service in the future. Thanks again Dave!! More
