IF there is a negative, it would be that parts had to be ordered and aren't readily available. I can't be the only one with this particular issue and, as on a several other occasions over the years, it causes an inconvenient delay with the repair. I have never had a bad experience with DeNooyer personnel. Everyone is very personable and knowledgeable. More
