I inquired about the job progress @ 11:30 and was told the truck was just brought into the shop. Needless to say I was not able to leave till almost 1. I would be understanding if something had gone wrong with the job and more time was needed, but considering we live nearly an hour away not bringing the truck in for nearly two hours after my appt is unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Really easy process Shawn was the person I dealt with and he worked around my schedule. I gave him a few options of when I could drop off my car and he managed to get me a loaner the day before they could look at it because I lived out of town and wasn't sure I could get a ride because I couldn't be late to work.
