Disorganized I dropped my truck of for the third time with the same issue. They were not able to provide a loaner initially. Was notified at 10AM on day 2 that the technician was out sick and it was unlikely someone would be re-assigned. Was offered a loaner, but by this time, I had made other arrangements. Received notification on the third day at noon that it was all set. Asked for a ride and the shuttle driver was on lunch, so an Uber was dispatched. The Uber was dispatched to the dealership instead of my office which created confusion and was an additional waste of time. Ended up having to pay the Uber driver cash (which the dealership reimbursed mt with afuture credit for an oil change), Just seems there is alwys an issue when I bring my vehicle for service. A root canal would be a prefered activity. More

Really happy with the speed of the 1st free service that included full synthetic oil and tire rotation/multipoint inspection.
