Buying the Cadillac was a great experience. However headlight was dead, steering column had to be replaced. Fog light was dying and trunk latch didn’t work. After it being in the shop for 9 straight da headlight was dead, steering column had to be replaced. Fog light was dying and trunk latch didn’t work. After it being in the shop for 9 straight days I picked it up and the fog light hadn’t been replaced and was dead. And while replacing the steering column they damaged the interior. I am still waiting to hear back for a fix for the interior. I’ve almost driven a loner more than the car I bought. On top of all of this I can’t get something to work with the CUE system and the connections specialist said he had no clue how to help me. More

Uneven experience - Service area unfriendly, body shop good I was looking for Scott Towne, but someone else (Chase) called me to his counter. He said he had no appointment for me, because Scott was let go and n I was looking for Scott Towne, but someone else (Chase) called me to his counter. He said he had no appointment for me, because Scott was let go and nothing was on record. Chase didn't apologize for the inconvenience, or even act friendly, just very business-like and detached. I asked if the service would be covered by the added service plan I had purchased 15 months ago and he said he wouldn't know until he looked up the VIN #. I told him the car had to go to body shop afterward for work. He told me I would have to drive it there after the service. I told him Larry at the body shop had said service would bring it over, but Chase said I would do it. I said I wasn't waiting for the car because of the subsequent body work and he said "you didn't tell me you were leaving it." I said "you didn't ask if I was leaving it." I said "I understand we're all a bit stressed right now" and he curtly said "you're the only one that's stressed." Later, the service department did find that my inspection had expired, which was appreciated. Chase called me about that - after he tried texting all the information to my contact phone number, but got no answer because the phone is a landline. I work in customer service and marketing and I have to say this was not a great example of it. While Chase never raised his voice or used any bad language, he acted as if I was the problem. This doesn't make me want to go back or recommend the DeNooyer service department to anyone else. There also was a slight mixup at the body shop regarding my keys and paying for the body work, but Larry and Josh made it work. They apparently sped up the process for curing the diamond coat, so that I could pick up the car promptly, which was very much appreciated. Lastly, I realized I was never given anything that states what is included with the service plan I purchased with the car. Chase told me I had to go get a copy from the Finance Department, but I wasn't staying for all the service because I was working that day. If someone could email it to me, I'd like to have it for my records, so I can follow along with the service visits. Jamila was one of the best auto salespeople I've ever met, and had a lot to do with why we purchased the car from DeNooyer. I'm sorely disappointed the service department did not even come close to living up to the standard she set. More
An Excellent response to a Frustrating Experience! Wednesday, March 18th started early in the morning with my check-engine light coming on and indicating a potentially serious problem! After contacting the DeNooyer service department shortly after 7AM, I got the car towed to the dealer. My service advisor, Robert Anderson, pointed out the two main problems and promised his crew would look at my 2014 Chevy Cruze that afternoon. I greatly appreciated the Lyft service to work, and later that afternoon was happy to hear that they just needed my approval to do the work. By 4:15 in the afternoon, I was back in another Lyft car to DeNooyer. After going over the work bill and paying for service, I was back home shortly after 5PM. Very impressed and satisfied..... More
