Usually the service is excellent. Not this time. Past oil changes have usually taken 30-40 minutes. This time it took 90! I did get a text telling me 2 issues were found and asking if they could be fixed. I replied no at this time. Several minutes later the tech came in to ask if they should proceed with the repairs. I said no, I’ve already replied to your text. After waiting more time for him to tell me the car was done, I went to the reception area to find out what was taking so long. He said he still had to complete the paperwork. More

Quick check-in for my oil change. The service advisor explained I would get a tire rotation because it was included. Nice touch.
