Poor service I have been buying new chevrolet products fro DeNooyer chevrolet since 1987. It used to be a pleasant place to do business but has been worse for ab I have been buying new chevrolet products fro DeNooyer chevrolet since 1987. It used to be a pleasant place to do business but has been worse for about four years . My service adviser [ Jonathan Cordi is pleasant but now it seems all Denooyer wants is more and more of my money to fix Things that should not break when they did .My 11 cruise had the right door regulator break at about 75 thousand miles . You wanted about 300 dollars to fix it . I had it fixed with GM parts bought from a chevy dealer for 180 dollars. About two weeks ago the left door regulator broke at about 76000 miles. Enough is enough so I sold the car and am done with GM cars until you can prove they are of better quality than that . I have never owned a car that had door regulators break even at mileage exceeding 100,0000 miles . All this is on top of warranty issues with my 2017 silverado that took over four months to resolve even when I had an invoice from a chevy dealer to back up my request More
