They were nice enough to get me a rental car since my vehicle was going to be there all day. Very honest told me what was wrong with my vehicle and even informed me that it was still under warranty which vehicle was going to be there all day. Service work was done well but no communication from service as to when the car would be ready. When I could get through, left several voicemails with service over four hours but no return calls about service as to when the car would be ready. Showed up at the end of the day and there was no paperwork with the cashier and she couldn't find a manager who could help. Eventually, someone showed up asking if there was something I needed. Explained the situation and I found the paperwork on a desk saying the warranty work was completed. Was finally able to retrieve my keys and my car. Unfortunately, I need some recall work and will need to use this service department again. More
