I had a chance to come in and get some recall work done, and we also had a problem with our Park/shift button not shutting off. I met with Chris Alosi (spelling?) and he was GREAT! My experience started out horrible, but they ended up making everything good at the end. I was going to be charged 1.4 hrs of labor for a 5 minute install, but they ended up only charging me for the prog making everything good at the end.
