It was a great experience as it has been on the first three vehicles we bought from DeNooyer. We did have an issue with the 2025 Tahoe. I sent it to a local dealer to have it fixed. Truck was brought in for a recall a few months back and I waited 25 minutes for them to tell me that the machine was broken, and I would have to come back another time. Fast-forward to my second time, bringi waited 25 minutes for them to tell me that the machine was broken, and I would have to come back another time. Fast-forward to my second time, bringing the truck in for this recall . Left the service department, and the truck is still doing the same thing that it was brought in for the recall for. I called the service department and the woman who answered would not work with me and transferred me over to the service technician that took care of me that day. He was away from his phone, so I left a message for him to call me immediately. Three days later I still have not received a phone call and I am extremely upset with your service this is a brand new truck and the radio just turns off for no reason and I cannot get it to turn back on. I should not be having these problems More
