I had a Saturday appointment for a simple oil change and so on. I then thought i was having a problem with my ZR2 and wanted to take it to service sooner than my Saturday appointment. I talked to Sammy and she said they were all booked up. I told her about my situation and she had me talk to Jackie. I said I thought I had a driveability issue. They took me in the next morning. I had new 22" tires installed on my tahoe, I also purchased the vehicle through DeNooyer. $1,500 for the tires. The passanger side rear tire had a slow air leak, which i noticed a few days after havi purchased the vehicle through DeNooyer. $1,500 for the tires. The passanger side rear tire had a slow air leak, which i noticed a few days after having the new tires installed. I returned to denoyer cevrolet multiple times to have the issue resolved and still the air leak continued. I reached out to my salesman who i purchased the vehicle from and he never got back to me. I finally brought my vehicle to another mechanic and he fixed the issue. Denoyer Cevrolet never cleaned the rims on my vehicle before installing the new tires. I would of thought the new tires were under warranty, however DeNooyer would not make good or cover the fee i had to pay to the new mechanic. More
