I was sold a lemon, serviced a lemon (awful service with awful communication) gave the car back to denooyer and haven't been to you in over a year. Definitely will not be returning to have you service future vehicles. All trust was lost. Have since switched to Mangino and they have been absolutely phenomenal. More

Mrs. Erika and the sales team were awesome. They were friendly and upbeat. I loved the vibe of the sales floor. I came in on a Friday, and drove home Saturday. Down side, the service team lacked customer service skills, and did not give off a friendly or helpful vibe at all. Though I was sold a vehicle needing some minor repair before the sale could be finalized. I felt like I was an inconvenience, unwelcomed and wasn't acknowledged at all for about 10 minutes. An elderly man came in after I'd been waiting the 10 minutes to a welcome greeting and immediate assistance. I'd received a lifted finger from one gentleman who in his defense was on a call, but was totally ignored by the other 3 gentleman sitting behind the desk. More

Just had the car in for it's annual Wheel Alignment, Tire Balancing and Rotation (and NYS inspection). Very happy with the speed that my car was serviced, while using the customer lounge to get some work don Balancing and Rotation (and NYS inspection). Very happy with the speed that my car was serviced, while using the customer lounge to get some work done and have coffee and bagel. I am a little disappointed because when I made the appointment, I was told there was a special on NYS inspections for $1.00 only. When I got home and looked at my bill, I was charged $21. But I got what I paid for, a smooth and true riding car. When your car has a sport suspension, I really appreciate that attention to detail. And, when I got back into my car, I didn't have to readjust the seat, steering or mirrors! The technician must have sensed, the driver had everything perfectly dialed in. Finally, I want to thank Chris Aloisi, who recommended a more economical tire brand last year when I was faced with having to replace my originals. Over the past year, the new tires have performed just as well as the more expensive ones, but with an overall total savings of approximately $300! Thanks for looking out for me Chris! More
