For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I have purchased vehicles here over the years and have been pleased with this dealership. My salesman, Bob Neet along with the sales manager Nick Megas were very helpful. After trying a new Equinox ,my w been pleased with this dealership. My salesman, Bob Neet along with the sales manager Nick Megas were very helpful. After trying a new Equinox ,my wife and I opted to try out a new Blazer 2LT hosting an ample amount of options on it. After taking the test drive , it was a done deal! This was an excellent choice for us. The deal was made and yes ,it does take time to do the paperwork. I expected that. Lou Germano got us a better bank rate than I could. He also explained the extra warranty we could get and we did (well worth it ). The team all shows customer service and it shows. Very satisfied again! More

The process at Denooyer was fantastic and every staff member was friendly and happy to help. I browsed their inventory before I arrived and already had an idea of what I wanted. Shavar was amazing and he member was friendly and happy to help. I browsed their inventory before I arrived and already had an idea of what I wanted. Came in the next day to sign some papers and drove off in my new truck. All-in I spent less than 3 hours between both days. More

Was given excuses after setting up an appointment days in advance for 07:30am with service technician only to get there and be told the mechanic requested was too busy working on 3 other vehicles - unpleasan advance for 07:30am with service technician only to get there and be told the mechanic requested was too busy working on 3 other vehicles - unpleasant experience. Thumbs down unfriendly and treated like it was my fault and nothing but a waste of time trying to figure out how to get my vehicle in after having to speak to the service manager who was a much better help than the service writer person (A). On a good note thanks to (manager) George and Steve (mechanic) I was able to get something worked out - only after having to go thru the usual run around and mix up. More
