Dishonest I brought a 2012 Impala from Denooyer a year ago. I handed them a $16k Check the only thing I asked for was for and extended warranty to be added sinc I brought a 2012 Impala from Denooyer a year ago. I handed them a $16k Check the only thing I asked for was for and extended warranty to be added since the car WS coming up on the end of its warranty.. I was told it would be done. Fast toward 13 months later the car needs a new alternator and come to find out they never added the extended warranty. This is my fault for trusting them but it doesn't negate the fact that it was dishonest and a slime ball move. I would suggest you stay away from this place if your looking for a car. More

Chris may be a good guy outside of the dealership but as a salesman he was not amicable, was noticeably condescending towards me, my trade and just all around did not want to work with me on anything. Furthermore, the car I was interested in was north of $40,000 and the car looked like a grease monkey was getting in and out of it. To me that is not acceptable and while it may not seem like a big deal to most, to me it speaks loudly to the quality and oversight at that dealership. I've bought 11 cars through dealerships in my life and this experience was a definitely one of the worst. The atmosphere inside the dealership showroom wasn't great and I left there feeling like the dealership had no soul. If you absolutely have to go there be sure to read through these reviews before you do, I wish I did before wasting 6 hours of my day. More

Spent 8k still having issues I had a transmission issue with my 204 yukon xl. They claimed that it needed to be replaced and I also asked them to change fuel pump and look at fron I had a transmission issue with my 204 yukon xl. They claimed that it needed to be replaced and I also asked them to change fuel pump and look at front brakes. I approved all the work for 8k and less than month later I get a brake abs warning and take it to another chevy dealer they want another $400 because brake lines which were replaced by Denoyer were installed incorrectly and was worn out and leaking. Denoyer paid this bill be needed to put pressure on them to pay. Now the transmission is leaking at just over 2 months and 4,000 miles and I learn to find that the warranty which was to be for 100k miles only applies to parts and not labor. 8k would have been a nice down payment on a new Ford truck I am done with chevy/gmc will never buy another car from any dealer and this from a life long chevy/gmc person. Disappointed More

Purchasing a vehicle I was not very happy with them this time we went there to purchase a vehicle when we went to pick up the vehicle we were there for almost 4 hours. Then when we got it and had to sign the papers nothing they told us was happening, the payments were much higher and they would not give us an extended warranty and there were items we wanted in the vehicle that they did not give us. Then they tried to take more money for a downpayment after we had already put money down they did not use that is some one stealing money from people for their own good. Nothing went right with them. I was extremely disappointed in all the people working there. More
