Complete and Total Dishonesty I am appalled by the misleading information DeNooyer Chevrolet is using to bait leads online. I think DeNooyer is underestimating that today's customer is knowledgeable and has done their research before stepping foot into the dealership. Keeping that in mind, I found a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 listed at $34,358 on their website on Thursday, 2/9/17 (I took a screenshot of the listing on my phone). I drove over to see the truck Friday around 6pm. The sales department closed at 6 so I said I would return Monday. Monday afternoon I arrived to look at the vehicle and planned to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. The price had mysteriously changed to $38,358. The salesman acknowledged there had been a lower price on the vehicle prior to Monday and that they "jumped the gun" advertising that "bonus tag" price but that he was CERTAIN they could "get it back to that number" for me. After wasting two hours of my valuable time, there shouldn't have been "miscommunications" about price incentives occurring. The bait and switch tactic they tried to pull on me with the online list price isn't acceptable and should have been acknowledged and apologized for. Instead of trying to pull one over on me, you would think they would provide genuine good business practice and match the price that they advertised the vehicle for. After three attempts from the salesman talking to the manager, I left the dealership. Each time he came back, the story changed on how that pricing was advertised in the first place. Each story was a lie. The best they said they could do was $36,840 - nearly $2,500 more than the price they initially listed. Lost cause. I will get to the point. No one calls you back. I was trying to trade my vehicle in for another at Denooyer. The team was supposed to get me rough est I will get to the point. I waited 2 days and finally called them. No luck, they were having a special sale. So, the heck with me i guess because I wasn't there. I will have Rebecca call you back today I was told. Nothing. Happened the next day as well. Finally, with another call from me, they said, oh, we had to send them out again to the used car sales man. I will call you back with an estimate. Here it is one day later after 6 days later. NOTHING.... Customer service-NONE. Lier-A perfect 10. Great job team Denooyer. Oh, and I already know. I'm just another number.... After about a month the front driver side headlamp assembly was full of moisture and the passenger side exterior door handle started pulling away from the door. Called Denooyer, explained what was wrong, made appointment, no problem, right? Wrong.The Day of appointment the 1st thing wrong was they had no idea why we came in, even though they send a confirmation with details of the problems. Then they started questioning the mileage, then what was covered, then told my wife they will get her a shuttle to take her home. What!?! Under the warranty they are suppose to provide a loaner vehicle of similarity. So my wife left with our vehicle and called me to tell me what happened. I called Denooyer and once again explained what was wrong, told them they were suppose to give us a loaner, car, and fix my truck. Oh no problem sir. So we rescheduled the appointment. Brought it in on that day, got our loaner, drove off, life is good, right? Not! About 3 hours later I get a phone call from someone who isn't our advisor telling me that the door handle is not covered under warranty because it's cosmetic. What!?! It's a door handle! It has function. Then they changed the wording and called it trim. So apparently if you buy a car, pull off the lot, and the door handles come off its on you. Then he tells me the moisture in the headlamp assembly is normal. I would've agreed to that statement except the other headlamp didn't have a bit of moisture in it. The driver side has had moisture in it for 3 weeks and counting. So annoyed! Then when picking up my unfixed truck they had something in the paperwork saying headlight needs a capsule. They said I declined the capsule. One, this was never mentioned to me and two, what the xxxx is a capsule and why do I need it if there is nothing wrong according to Denooyer service people. In Summary : Both of my cases, they are wrong and GM Warranties mean nothing to Denooyer. Done with Denooyer! More
Don't buy the chevy malibu!!!!! I saw a commercial on the 2016 chevy malibu and went to denoyer to get one and that was when my nightmare began . Chris never picked my calls or even return my emails . Denoyer don't care about you and your car after they get their money. If you are planning on getting new car Pls don't go to them or get any chevy model . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! More

Would NOT recommend their service at all to do even simple tasks! They are all very unprofessional and do not care what the customers concern is. They caused so much damage on my new car that I'm hoping another dealership will fix under the GM warranty. You always have to wait around, and the service department never picks the phone up, it's always leaving voice-mails and hope that you get a call back. Their sales department is decent, however I will not buy another vehicle from them (I've bought two so far and have had nothing but issues due to their service department). More

But when I walked in the receptionist was rude from the beginning she had an attitude and rolled her eyes numerous times and it was pretty evident she could careless about servicing me. So after I called my mom and got the full name of the guy that I needed help with she called him. I was standing near the receptionist dest for about 10 minutes and she didn't say a word to me. Then about 5 minutes later a lady walks in and she greets her asks her about her day..... she helps the lady and the lady is standing a couple of feet from me and she calls the lady by her name and goes "there's a seat ring area over there with water and bagels" I find it very ironic that the lady got exceptional service when I got very disgusting service. And the whole time I was waiting for the car to be finished I stood in the showroom waiting. Great customer service always starts at the botttom and works it's way up. And the customer service that I received was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone. More
Will not buy another vehicle from them. My friends and family have dealt with DeNooyer and have had nothing but good things to say. So My wife and I decided to give them a try. At the time of the deal it didn't have the rear tailgate on the truck and there was a crack in the front bumper and the front bumper was pulled out.. We were told the tailgate is in the body shop being fixed. We asked are you going to fix these things. We got from our sales guy was no we are selling the truck the way it is. Not to mention they were only taking $1000 off the asking price of the vehicle. If I wanted a vehicle like this I would've went to a buy here pay here lot where you get what you pay for. Then there were a few more dents and scratches in the truck doors and fender. . We said are you going to fix those. Sales guy said yes at first. Then all the sudden a day later well we aren't making any money on this truck so they are going to fix the tailgate and the holes in the interior of the truck and that's it. . So you'll have to pay for the other dents. Wasn't real happy about it because we loved this truck. But don't see how you can sell a $30,000 truck and not fix things asked. So we decided to buy this truck and they said it would be all set and were going to take care of the tail gate and the interior holes that they were going to take care of. So we went home and a few days later got a call from our sales guy and he said your truck is all ready. We got down there now coming from Amsterdam it's a 45 min trip one way. We walked around the truck and the tailgate wasn't fixed. Still had a big dent in it, The inside holes weren't fixed and the bumper wasn't fixed. I said to the sales guy what is going on?? I got well the tailgate was supposed to be fixed as he rubbed his head. And the bumper and other stuff well the body shop is busy. I said so you sell me this truck and it's not even done. He said well take it and Ill call you next week to get you in. We said fine. Better get us in. Well that following week my wife had to call him to get us in. So we ran the truck back down there. A few days later we got a call from the sales guy your truck is all set. So we went down there to pick it up. We get there and before we go in we look it over. This time the tailgate was done. The bumper was fixed. But the interior holes were not done and of course the rest of the dents on the truck were not done. So I got the sales guy to come out again and look over the truck with me. Showed him the interior holes are still not done. Body work still not done. He goes oh my god the guy who does that must have forgot. I said so now what, I have to take the truck and bring it back again. He said yeah. I said I'm not very happy. He said I know. I know. So we took the truck and again another week goes by. This time we noticed the truck was parked in our driveway and was leaking a pink fluid. My wife again has to call the sales guy to tell him we have a leak and see what is going on when we can get the truck in. He says I'll call you tomm. to let ya know. So we wait another day.. No call, she calls him and he says oh just call the service department and see if they can get you in and a rent a car. So now we have to make the phone calls to set things up. So she calls and they say we don't have a rent a car available for a few days. So now we can't drive our truck because we don't know what is going on with it. So after a few days our sales guy finally calls us and says bring the truck back down. I said if I bring it down please this time look the truck over to make sure everything is done before we come back to get it. So we drop the truck off. We get a call from the service dept. and they say they couldn't find the leak. You can come get it. We said no it leaks, drive the truck around and let it sit. It leaks pink fluid. Well they keep saying no leak found you can come get it. We said no now it has to go to the body shop. So we have bought the truck a month ago now. We have drove it maybe a week from it being back and forth so much. I am not very happy with the sales or service we got. I would not recommend you guys to anyone. I can't believe you treat people like that, after the truck is paid for and let it leave your lot. I do know I will not be back to buy another vehicle from you guys. Such a disappointment, Figured I would give your dealership a shot. Not a good first experience and that's too bad because I have many friends that are looking to buy new trucks. In 2015 the Chevy Colorado really caught my eye and I looked into with DeNooyer and Sales Consultant Richard O'Malley . Richard helped us thru the ordering process and did an outstanding job in getting me the truck I wanted. Now after nearly 10,000 miles and a couple services and recalls the service department has continued with fine quality and polite and professional.
