For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Excellent I worked with Mr. O'Malley in getting me into a 2014 Silverado. He was very patient with me, even when I stopped in two times in one day to test driv I worked with Mr. O'Malley in getting me into a 2014 Silverado. He was very patient with me, even when I stopped in two times in one day to test drive the same vehicle. He explained everything to me, and made the entire process very simple. I did not feel like he was trying to push me into a vehicle, rather, he was working WITH me to make sure I found a vehicle that I want. I was looking at a few other places at the same time, and at each of these places, I felt like I was being pushed into vehicles I didn't necessarily want. Mr. O'Malley made it very clear that he would assist me in finding a vehicle, and he did. He was very friendly, and willing to meet with me at my convenience, sometimes at a moments notice. More
