Most enjoyable dealership experience ever I am giving the dealership, specifically Chris Magnano, Kaitlyn Wood and Scott Hooker, five stars...only because six stars wasn't an option. I have had decent experiences in the past buying vehicles but was never treated as well at a dealership as I was at DeNooyer Chevrolet. Kaitlyn was quick to get back to me each time I had questions and once I found the vehicle I wanted, Chris spent a lot of time making sure I had all the info I needed. He was also able to add some personal experience about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing which was priceless. The key being it wasn't about a sales pitch, it was actually time behind the wheel and his opinions. I made the trip up from Staten Island because DeNooyer had the car I wanted, gave me a very competitive price, did right by me on the deal for my "old" vehicle and treated me throughout the process as a friend, not just the next potential sale.
