For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Best car buying experience EVER 👍 Matt Horner i had the best experience buying a Chevy Traverse from Matt Horner at Denooyer Chevrolet!! I walked in the showroom not knowing what vehicle I was loo i had the best experience buying a Chevy Traverse from Matt Horner at Denooyer Chevrolet!! I walked in the showroom not knowing what vehicle I was looking to purchase, but when I met Matt he took his time to figure out what would make my family happy. We test drove several vehicles and he was very patient with us. He had expert knowledge about all of the vehicles on the lot, which made it easy to narrow my search down. Matt engaged with myself and my young teenaged children in such a pleasant and friendly manner!! He was nothing but professional and he worked to get me the best deal! I could tell after seconds of meeting him that I was going to purchase a new car that day because he was upfront and honest! It happened and the Chevy Traverse we bought is the best vehicle we've ever owned. We have plenty of room for everyone and all of their sports equipment! Came in looking to settle, came out with what I wanted As a first time buyer, Matt was able to give me deep insight on the finance and leasing processes. I came in looking to outright buy a car that wasn't As a first time buyer, Matt was able to give me deep insight on the finance and leasing processes. I came in looking to outright buy a car that wasn't exactly what I wanted because I was too rigid and specific. He spent a great deal of time showing and informing me on the differences between the various Camaro models I was looking at. This ultimately led to a test drive in a car that had exactly what I was looking for by way of bells and whistles while saving 10k. DeNooyer now has a life time customer in me and I have already recommended them to a friend. If you're a first-time buyer, do yourself a favour and go see this man; he'll either find exactly what you're looking for or tell you which road you need to take to do so. More
