For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. My father recently bought me a 2001 Grand Prix GT which had some issues that needed to be taken care of and Jim has been a great service technician. He has handled all of the issues that I have had with the vehicle and has upheld the best standards of customer service. He has been friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I know that a lot of customers must usually only write reviews that are negative, not typically giving credit where credit is due, however I felt that it was very important for me to let De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership know that their Service Department as a whole has been very friendly and helpful and especially Jim Finland's service. Shopped all over the state for a spoecific Camaro at a good proce and a fair trade in value. Was shocked how many dealers were not intersted in finding the color I wanted. Finally spoke to Scott at Deno good proce and a fair trade in value. Was shocked how many dealers were not intersted in finding the color I wanted. When you buy from DeNooyer, you not only get a great vehicle, but they stay with you as long as you own the car. Service,Body Shop,Finance, Cashier if you need them they are there. They stand behind every car and don't bail on you if there is a problem. They bend of backwards to make sure it gets fixed and fixed right, not just fast. EVERYONE there is a true class act and worth fighting Wolf Road traffic to get to! I have 3 vehicles right now from DeNooyer and I wouldn't have it any other way! A 2008 Tahoe for hubby, 2009 Impala for me and 2009 Malibu for our daughter! More
