No hype. No high-pressure sales. Just honest, knowledgeable attention to my needs and inquiries. Everyone I dealt with and could see going about their business exuded an air of competence, honesty, and forthrightness so utterly refreshing and confidence-inspiring (and, unfortunately, abysmally absent at most other car dealerships). They all were totally present when dealing with me, and answered my questions and educated me in things I didn't understand in a kind and respectful manner.
