For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I came in to DeNooyer on the recommendation of my cousin who purchases all his Vehicles there I was in a sticky situation where my transmission just blew and I owed quite a bit still on the car so I was bet who purchases all his Vehicles there I was in a sticky situation where my transmission just blew and I owed quite a bit still on the car so I was between a rock and a hard place. I sat down with Damien and I never met a more down to earth car salesman in my life I felt completely at ease I never once felt pressured this man actually went out of his way to make sure that I was taking care of and I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness that he showed when I was in a pretty dire situation. The finance manager Mike Sperenza went above and beyond for me and that has never happened in all my times inside a car dealer I normally just get turned away this man was able to work with the bank get me a car which was a huge step up but not over my budget he also guided me with suggestions of how to make my credit even better and that I assure you won't happen anywhere else. Then when I picked up the car Armond Rodriguez was incredibly helpful he went over every single feature on the car we even had a few laughs and he was kind and generous with his time. I usually feel like I want to take a shower every time I leave a car dealership but I cannot express how happy I am with these three gentlemen and what they were willing to do I would recommend them a 10 out of 10 More
