For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I want to extend my sincere thanks for allowing my family to care for your family's automotive needs and look forward to the next generations' needs as well.

Sunday at deooyer Overall experience was good. Salesperson was excellent. The only part I did not like was being there For 4 hours. We did a test drive and we took Overall experience was good. Whole process about 1hour which was expected then going over offer took another hour. Said yes to offer and then sat for hour waiting. Salesman came back an we found out we were getting car today right then. Ok then we sat for another hour seeing that this was a Sunday and we were there from about noon to 430. A little bit to eat while waiting would have been nice. Or telling us we were getting car we could leave and come back in an hour maybe to get something to eat instead of sitting and waiting around for such a !ong time. More

Not likely to return I went in to buy out my lease and the whole process was a headache. The salesman was pleasant and not bad to work with but the finance department was I went in to buy out my lease and the whole process was a headache. The salesman was pleasant and not bad to work with but the finance department was rude and condescending and I really didn't enjoy the way he talked to me or how little respect I was given. I couldn't wait to get out of there and don't see myself ever going back. I, unfortunately, don't recall the guy's name in the finance department. More
