No follow up Bought a new truck in February. Was "pushed to close the deal in order to get "special" incentives before the end of the month. I couldn't pick up the Bought a new truck in February. I couldn't pick up the truck until March 2nd and had to back date all of the paperwork to get the "special" deal. Turns out March was Truck month and the deal I received in February was not as good as the deal I could have had in March when I actually picked up the truck. I questioned my Salesman (Joe) the following weekend about the deal and he said someone would follow up with me in a day or two. A week passed, with no follow up. I emailed my salesman two times and followed up with a phone call to the sales Manager who said she would look into it. A week has now passed since that phone call and I didn't hear from her. This was my third truck bought from them and it will be my last. Values driven seems like a punch line to a bad joke. More
Check engine light shut off I had a check engine light come on and couldn’t find a real solution to what was wrong on my 4 year old car. The service advisor, Matt, not only helped me figure out why the light was on, but also helped me find out that getting the part fixed was covered by one of my extended warranties as well. The issue was fixed quickly, and I had my car back in less than an hour. More

Don Strand Was AWESOME!!! I did not have a Great Service Experience with DeNooyer when I initially bought the Truck and I moved over to DePaula.
