The insurance guys were great, very helpful and not at all pushy. In fact, they went way above and beyond trying to get our insurance cards and binder! 5 stars. The NOT SO positive: However, when turned over to the finance department, our experience soured. Way too aggressive, pushy and made both my husband and I uncomfortable. I understand that Fiance people get paid based on the products they sell, but the heavy handed nature and the unwillingness to listen to us were a HUGE turnoff. In fact, if I had left the dealership on Saturday without my new car, I would not have ended up purchasing it - and that was 100% because of the finance department. Maybe 1 star. The paperwork end of the deal was also not up to par. Because our deal changed, and paperwork had to be redone, I expected to wait upon our arrival to sign. However, a mix of the two deals was in the folder, making it confusing for both the salesman and myself. In addition, even though I had faxed over the required documents for registration, they were unable to find them and I had to re-provide them on site. (Good thing I brought them with me!)
