Lack of Trust and Service I had to take my car to a second garage to identify ACTUAL problem to my car. DeNooyer wanted $260 for a problem that did not exist! A bad wheel bearing I was told was an "environmental" problem that was not covered by my costly extended warranty. I have had 3 issues with this used car and none were corrected in a timely, professional, courteous manner. This time after making light of their extreme oversight, I was barely spoken to when picking up my car, and wasn't directed to where it was parked accurately. After walking the ENTIRE lot, I found my car so closely parked to the cars on both sides I could barely get in. I have so much more to say about this interaction, but it's not worth the time. More

I wasn’t ready to purchase that weekend but the vehicle and the purchase price with trade in made it hard to say no! I wasn’t going to pass on a vehicle I loved. They did everything for me while I worked with my bank on financing. The tech guy sat with me in the vehicle and went over everything with me so I understood the capabilities my new vehicle has. So many bells and whistles! Even at times when i was just sitting for a minute or two someone was offering me coffee or water or asking if they can help me with anything. As far as my service on the vehicle Matt Ross was the best yet and I have been using DeNooyer service for many years. He was friendly and had a smile the whole time, like he really enjoyed his job and was very easy to talk to about concerns. I had no cost to me for the whole job as I had two years of free maintenance and they sent me a coupon for my inspection fee More
