Oil change I came in for an oil change and DJ looked up my appointment, grabbed my car and got my appointment going quickly. Poor Craftmanship The truck was dropped off on the 20th of April it was not looked sat until Thursday April 25th when the user of the truck picked it up on April 30th t The truck was dropped off on the 20th of April it was not looked sat until Thursday April 25th when the user of the truck picked it up on April 30th there were issues First this morning when our employee went to drive the truck this morning the oil light came on when he pulled over to check it out there was no oil in the engine he went back to your facility and was told they drained the oil and refilled how did a vehicle leave with no oil? it could have been a major issue we also had 4 new tires were installed while you had the truck and I am being told it is riding rough like the tires are out of balance we will be bring the truck back in to get this checked out but over all this has been the worse experience we have had with your dealership from the amount of time you had the truck to the issues that should never have happened. need more education on the Volt I gave Denooyer a low rating because the service department has been unable to solve a problem I have been having withj the Chevy Volt. It has gone in I gave Denooyer a low rating because the service department has been unable to solve a problem I have been having withj the Chevy Volt. It has gone into a strange mode three times, with blinking and beeping and not starting. The service department has told us twice that there is nothing wrong with the car. That is, they can find nothing wrong. And they of course cannot fix a problem that they cannot diagnose. I am left with an unreliable car. Someone needs to go to Volt school or Denooyer needs tobe able to call upon a Volt expert who really does know the car. I am very disappointed that the service center does not have, and did not attempt to call, a true expert. More
