For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. 2.5 Hours I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. I needed an air filter. All good. However, I ended up being there more than 2 1/2 hours. No idea what the tech was doing but it must not have been working on my vehicle. Makes me question the quality of the work that was done. More

Just what I was looking for I worked with Dave, Tom, Mike and Savannah to get this deal done. Everyone was very pleasant and great to work with. I rated 4 stars on PRICE and CU I worked with Dave, Tom, Mike and Savannah to get this deal done. Everyone was very pleasant and great to work with. I rated 4 stars on PRICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE and 5 stars on QUALITY OF WORK and FRIENDLINESS. They couldn't quite get me to the price I wanted, but they got me real close; enough for me to agree on the purchase. I arrived at 1 PM and by 2:30 we had a deal but they couldn't get everything ready for me until shortly after 6 (and I picked up on the following day per my request). It was a slow process. I quickly found out that on the last day of the month there are some good deals but everyone else already knows this and Denooyers was really busy. So there is a trade off of time for savings there. While I was waiting Dave was super friendly offering me places to eat and things to do while I wait. Thanks DeNooyer! I love the new truck and I'll be back! More
