For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Prolonged experience It was a long 2 days. The 1st day got cut short cause we ran out of time. (They were opened for 4 hours on memorial day) and found out the truck I was It was a long 2 days. The 1st day got cut short cause we ran out of time. (They were opened for 4 hours on memorial day) and found out the truck I was buying needed breaks. And i left off with the finance guy and still did not set on a monthly payment. Came back the 2nd day and went right into changing my registration and insurance info. After an hour and a half we got to the final paper work with the monthly payment info. Just to find out it was way higher then I talked to the finance guy the day before. But I was happy with the finance guy for working on the bank to get a lower monthly payment. So thanks for that. In the end I'm happy with the over all experience the people are nice. More
