For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. This is my second car purchase, well I leased the first one, from Denooyer and have had service done all the tijme and have been very happy. This time I can not say that as I was a little disappointed with one, from Denooyer and have had service done all the tijme and have been very happy. This time I can not say that as I was a little disappointed with the time it took to replace a tire. I dropped the car off at 7am and did not receive a text until 4:23pm. I inquired about the tire at 1:53 and was told at 2:16 that it was in the building just not installed. I had to make special arrangements to come and pick my car up because I thought it would have been completed by around 2. Even though I did not specifiy a time it was a bit disappointed that I was the first car in and it seemed like the last car out. One good thing is there was no balance as when I bought the car I got the tire warrenty. I hope that in the future the customer can be told if there is circumstances that warrent the lenght of time for service. More

We started going to DeNooyer because our salesman Damien DeDontias moved dealers. We put our trust in Damien. This is our fifth vehicle we purchased through Damien. And I have sent other people to Damien to DeDontias moved dealers. We put our trust in Damien. This is our fifth vehicle we purchased through Damien. I stepped into the dealership an hour before it was supposed to close. Damien was gracious enough to step up to the challenge.
