For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I limped in to denooyer with a flat tire on a very snowy Wednesday morning last week 6:20 am early. He took care of my problem ,kept me informed while the work was being done and I was on my way by 9:30. Great, Quality, Efficient people like Dwane are the reason why we come back to Denooyer for our truck purchases and service time and time again. Since purchasing my 2021 Traverse Premier from DeNooyer in February 2021, I had DeNooyer perform the scheduled service on the vehicle. Chris in the service department was my service advisor for each servi in February 2021, I had DeNooyer perform the scheduled service on the vehicle. Chris in the service department was my service advisor for each service. Chris explained every detail of the service to be completed and answered any questions I had. Each time the cost of the service was never more than what was stated on the their website. Scheduling the service online made it easy for me. Great dealer with a professional staff! More

This is our second car From this dealership. The only issue we had is that we stated we wanted a 2023 Equinox premier will the same features/options as our 2020 Equinox premier that we would tra The only issue we had is that we stated we wanted a 2023 Equinox premier will the same features/options as our 2020 Equinox premier that we would trade in. We had the 2020 sticker with use. Mostly our fault that we did not compare the 2023 sticker to the 2020 sticker. Result was that the passenger seat in the 2023 did not a power seat. My wife has a hard time adjusting the manually operated passenger seat. We contacted the dealership the next day and they researched any options to get a power seat without any luck. However, all things considered we enjoy our new 2023 equinox. All personal at the dealership handled the entire process professionally and with concern for our needs. More

Everyone at DeNooyer was wonderful to me. They made me feel like I was their only customer. My dealer Bob Neet treated me like I was part of his family.
