For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Offered lowest amount for trade other dealers were offering around $4500 more. After going back and forth we ended up settling on a number I still wasn’t happy with. Just to later not have that number we agreed upon be honored and on the contact at the time of delivery. They have a delivery team I’m assuming to get you out of there quicker. But it felt more like being bounced around to a bunch of different people. This resulted in anything I questioned seeming like a big ordeal because they’d have to go find and talk to x, y and z and reprint stuff. Ended up getting the vehicle and leaving. Happy with the new vehicle but working with one person rather than several would have eliminated confusion and issues. More

I’ve dealt with a few dealerships and I had a very good experience with DeNooyer. Bought a new 2500, and had one of the quickest transactions. I dealt with Andrew and Anna. The service reps especially Chris was very helpful and professional. Although the mechanic’s I can’t say the same. I had to bring my car back because it was still making the same noise. Brought it back an professional. Although the mechanic’s I can’t say the same. I had to bring my car back because it was still making the same noise. Brought it back and come to find out the whole sway bar needed to be replaced not just the bolt. So we decided not to dump more money into it (after just replacing the engine) so we purchased a new car from Andrew Lobb (3rd car I bought from him) when they replaced the engine it was still making noise and had to bring it back a few times.
