Very unhappy bought a used car with several paint chips. I was told they would make it right. They did a aweful job . I would have never purchased it otherwise. I need it to be $20,000 what I bought the car for. All of a sudden the price is going down ? Umm so what’s going to happen in a few months when they lower the car to $20,000 and it will be too late with the months and mileage .. I’m not the type to complain but this was a huge purchase for me and the payment is high , I keep my vehicles for 10 plus years. I just feel that once they sold the car then not their problem. However the girl that sold it was more than professional and honest. So definitely not her fault. More

Was there on a Saturday for a high-milage Suburban battery/charging problem. Service Dept. happened to be short-staffed and Jonathon was really holding the ship together. There were a lot of custome battery/charging problem. Service Dept. happened to be short-staffed and Jonathon was really holding the ship together. Only good thing was I got a same day appointment. I Asked for Full Synthetic oil change, rotation and put on new registration. No indication at all that Synthetic oil was used. Did not completely remove old registration sticker before slapping on new one and it was sloppy and crooked. It looked like a 5 year old did it. Oily hand prints all over my steering wheel and door after service as well. This should not even be mildly acceptable for such a large name dealership. More
