For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I was happy with the salesman. What I was not happy about was the low trade-in value I initially got and having to question it in order to get it raised up. I also was not happy with the price I initially got for a warranty which again when I questioned or denied the coverage, suddenly the price was reduced. This is what gives dealerships a bad name. I did not ask for the price of the vehicle to be lowered but I did expect the common courtesy of getting the highest trade-in value and not the attempts to get taken advantage of with the expectation that I may not know any better More

As a whole I am very pleased with DeNooyer Chevrolet. I was disappointed with my last service on 5/24/2024. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and replacement wipers. After I left the dealership an I was disappointed with my last service on 5/24/2024. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and replacement wipers. After I left the dealership and headed home my tire pressure light came on, which I thought was odd. I then look at the air pressure of all my tires and saw that they rotated my tires but neglected to adjust the psi. My rear tires need more air in them than my front tires, I then needed to find somewhere to add air. I feel this should have been taken care of when they rotated my tires… this added length to my travels and wasted time of my already packed schedule. More
