Sale process was excessively long with over 5 hours at dealership. Avoid trading in. You will get shorted for sure. Lack of communication in process. Called into change insurance before even knowin dealership. Avoid trading in. You will get shorted for sure. Lack of communication in process. Called into change insurance before even knowing what final financial part looked like. Disappointed in attitude with some of DeNooyer personnel. Very blatant fake friendly personality. Attitude made us as customers feel like an annoyance. For the amount of money spent the delivery detail was poor. I finished cleaning up dirt and truck paint at home. Finance manger was very patient with us when it came to interest rate and payment. Insurance representative was also very pleasant and easy to deal with. Salesperson Mike was attentive and friendly. Took care of us during initial part. Lost sight later in day. More
