AWESOME! When I bought my car, It had a we owe on the AC. I thought it was going to take days and be one big hassle. I was excited when it was very easy. Matt When I bought my car, It had a we owe on the AC. I thought it was going to take days and be one big hassle. I was excited when it was very easy. Matt took care of my car and got me in a brand new loaner car. They had to get parts so I ended up keeping the loaner over night. When It was done, my car was back... fixed and awesome. I am overly impressed with the customer service, I am pretty sure I called at least four times to check on my car, always got friendly and helpful answers and updates. More

I just wanted to give a big kudos to Dustin Stookey (service) and Dustin Simon (sales) for following up on a missed order post my vehicle purchase close-out. I had purchased the vehicle around end of Sept'14 and later was out of the country on travel for a while. The intermediate sales representative that i was dealing with owed me that missed order upon delivery, I came to know that he no longer worked there at Mazda Clearlake. But Dustin Simon and Dustin Stookey came to my rescue. They made sure I felt part of the Mazda family as I purchased with them and took care of me and made sure everything was ok. This is a true mark for going out of the way to help and show customer service. I strongly recommend Dustin Simon for your sales and Dustin Stookey for Service. I also recommend Mazda Clearlake dealership. They have outstanding offers for everyone! More
Great Service Department I was shocked to see that they were less expensive than Discount Tire, Firestone, and NTB for tires. They spent the time explaining to me the differen I was shocked to see that they were less expensive than Discount Tire, Firestone, and NTB for tires. They spent the time explaining to me the differences in 3 different options and I feel like I purchased the right tire for my vehicle. These guys were very professional and understanding of my needs. A New Car Experience - A1 My 2001 Mazda Millennia (owned since it was brand new) needed service and ultimately decided to trade it in. I contacted Mazda on line when I notice My 2001 Mazda Millennia (owned since it was brand new) needed service and ultimately decided to trade it in. I contacted Mazda on line when I noticed a Toyota Venza that was fully loaded and very low mileage. I emailed.Chris Danzell and he was as very knowledgeable and took care of any questions or concerns that I had. Later in the day, I went for a short test drive. That was not enough. Chris allowed me to do a one day test drive. The 24 hour test drive was very helpful and made my decision to purchase. Chris helped me with the purchase of the car and then filled my car up with gas and had it detailed for the final drive out. Patrick Monroe took care of the finance portion of the purchase. Patrick also made it very easy and I was out the door from purchase to drive out in 2 hours. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Finally, although I didn't meet Matt Baum, I will now bring the car in for service and will ask for Matt as my service writer going forward. He also was very professional and called me exactly when he said that he would. Thanks to Chris D, Patrick and Matt B. for your sales and service. I am truly thrilled with the car. More
Found my new dealer. I have been servicing my vehicles at Russell & Smith or Jeff Haas for years. I recently decided that I would try out Mazda of Clear Lake. It was a nig I have been servicing my vehicles at Russell & Smith or Jeff Haas for years. I recently decided that I would try out Mazda of Clear Lake. It was a night and day difference. The people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had been experiencing an issue that I had tried several times to get fixed elsewhere yet had not been resolved. The service manager and a technician drove with me and were able to identify the issue and resolved it the same day. I live in Pearland and work in the medical center so there are other dealers that are more convenient for me but I am sure that I will only service my vehicles with Clear Lake now. I look forward to trading in my wifes Lexus on that beautiful new Mazda 6 at Clear Lake too. More
GREAT SERVICE DEPT!!! I was having an issue with my A/C in my 2007 Mazda CX9 that occurred almost immediately after my oil change. When Dustin found out of the problems I w I was having an issue with my A/C in my 2007 Mazda CX9 that occurred almost immediately after my oil change. When Dustin found out of the problems I was having he immediately offered to fix it at no cost. Dustin and Matt dropped off a loaner car to me at work and picked up my car. When I got my vehicle back (just a few hours later) they had fixed the problem with my A/C and did all suggested maintenance they had on file for my car all free of charge. Matt kept in contact with me while they had my vehicle to let me know what was going on. Thank you Dustin for the excellent customer service. You definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my car and thanks to Matt for keeping me in the loop. This is the 2nd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Mazda of Clear Lake and we will be purchasing from them again in the future! I would definitely refer my friends and family to them! Great job! More
