Excellent, customer focused Diane made me feel important as a customer accommodating when I came for service a day earlier confusing my dates! Spilled Milk One entire gallon of milk dumped on the floor of my CX-9. When I called, Diane took my car in that day and took care of it immediately. Now it took One entire gallon of milk dumped on the floor of my CX-9. When I called, Diane took my car in that day and took care of it immediately. Now it took a few days to clean, replace floor materials, and dry out the wires and floor of the car, but Diane called me even on the first day to report progress. I never had to wonder how my car was doing. She kept me up to date through the entire process. When I picked up my car, Diane got in with me and sat there while I looked and did the sniff test. Awesome service! Thank you. More

I was greeted on the other end by Diane and she was awesome from the first phone call. She kept me informed about their vehicle....it was seamless except for the holiday closures making it a little difficult as far as the return but was completely understandable! I would use them again for sure! More
Quick and simple! I came in December 2015 to get my Nissan Altima first service done on my car. Chris Howell was the service guy that handle my appointment. Mazda - Service / Maintenance I visited Mazda Clear Lake today for my 2015 Mazda 6 scheduled maintenance (oil change). Chris Howell was the one who put in my appointment and comple I visited Mazda Clear Lake today for my 2015 Mazda 6 scheduled maintenance (oil change). Chris Howell was the one who put in my appointment and completed my service. Chris Howell is a consummate professional and follows-up on everything that was discussed even if it was a couple of months ago. When i had gone in for Service , he remembered my name and greeted me. All went good on my appointment and it was done and completed on time without delays. Also, Mazda Clear Lake had somehow misplaced my custom Mazda tire valve stem caps from my vehicle service the previous time around. Thereby I had spoken to Chris about this last time and he said he will take care of the situation when I came in next time (which was this time around) and order new ones for me. He did exactly that when I went in for Service this time. He had already put in an order and got it for me this time. I dint have to remind him and he recollected it himself. That's how you do great service! I recommend Chris to anyone who gets service done on their vehicles from Mazda Clear Lake More

Service Department I have had my car for almost 5 years now. I go in for my complementary oil changes. They are always running on time and keep me updated. Any litt I have had my car for almost 5 years now. I go in for my complementary oil changes. They are always running on time and keep me updated. Any little problem that I think I may have they take their time to look and see what's going on. Dustin the Service Director manages the service department like clock work. His team is knowledgeable and quick to respond. Makes my experience stress free. More

help with flat tire I woke up with a flat and called and they took me right in and in an hour I was done. Repaired and with road hazzard, no charge.
