Don't get your vehicle serviced here!! I took my car in for routine oil change because it came with free oil changes when I bought it from Mazda. I always have to tell them to put the paper I took my car in for routine oil change because it came with free oil changes when I bought it from Mazda. I always have to tell them to put the paper down in my car so my carpet and floor mats don't get grease all over them. They never do except once and I have always left either with them cleaning my carpet or me going home to clean my carpet because it has grease on it. Once I got home from my most recent oil change I saw that the passenger back door had been dented and scratched up by whoever drove it. I took my car back to Mazda to have them fix the dent and scratches that they put on my car. I had that scheduled and I dropped it off. They told me it would take all day basically. when I went to pick it up they fixed it perfectly and you can't tell that it was damaged but a few days later when I needed to charge my phone I went to reach for my charger which was missing so I thought maybe they put it inside my console. opened my console and there are things missing out of my center console along with both of my phone charging cords my cigarette outlet charger and a few other things from my center console. Don't take your car to Mazda of Clear Lake service department! They will steal from you and ruin the interior of your vehicle! More
They refused to service my car because of miscommunication! As often times before, my daughter took my vehicle for routine service and was told because her name was not on the insurance card that they could not As often times before, my daughter took my vehicle for routine service and was told because her name was not on the insurance card that they could not perform the service. I asked why now are they enforcing something they claim was overlooked for years. There were lies told over and over again and when I tried to call DeWayne Martin who is the supervisor over Dustin Stookey(Dustin Stookey told me Mr Martin was in Dallas), I found out he was not in Dallas but right in the building next door where Mr.. Stookey was.....he flat out lied AGAIN. Before I had a chance to leave the parking lot Dustin practically ran inside the building I'm guessing to give Mr. Martin his side of the inciden. When my daughter called Dustin later on to ask about the whereabouts of Mr. Martin, he lied yet again saying Mr. Martin was in Dallas.....who does that? I'm still waiting to hear back from Mr. Martin....in a nutshell they refused service and they are all a bunch of idiots over there. I'm am really sorry I paid cash for the vehicle. More

Customer Service I am writing kudos for Customer Service Representative Diane Mann! Although my 2008 Tribute was a costly repair, Ms. Mann did what she could to reliv I am writing kudos for Customer Service Representative Diane Mann! Although my 2008 Tribute was a costly repair, Ms. Mann did what she could to relive my financial pain by providing me with a loaner car as soon as one became available at such a busy time. Also, she kept me abreast of the progress via e-mail which is the best way for me to communicate during the work week. It's a shame that this dealership seems to have high employee turnover in the service dept. I hope the General Manager will take a close look at her customer satisfaction record and do what he/she can to retain her for the good of the dealership. I'm a firm believer that the most important part of a new car sale is what comes AFTER the sale--even 8 years after the sale. After paying such a hefty repair bill on an 8 year old car, I would consider returning to MofCL in 2+years when it's time for a new purchase. The service/loaner process has usually been positive for me. Thank you, Ms. Mann! More

Refreshing Experience I usually don't give feedback but I've noticed on my last 2 visits a difference in the customer service provided. On my most recent visit, Diane Mann I usually don't give feedback but I've noticed on my last 2 visits a difference in the customer service provided. On my most recent visit, Diane Mann really went above and beyond. She checked me in when I arrived prior to 8 AM. Others would have made me wait but she put aside what she was doing to take care of me. She didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her and had the best customer service attitude I've ever seen there. She also did research on my choices for the new tires I needed. I didn't even ask her to, she just did it and explained everything without any pressure. I am very pleased with the changes I'm seeing. I will recommend you all to others now. Previously, I would not have done so. Please acknowledge her good efforts and in doing so encourage others to do the same. Good employees like that are really hard to find these days. I run into poor customer service all the time so it was VERY refreshing to have such a nice experience. I am not dreading my 'next' visit anymore. :) More
