A place I can trusg I went in for an oil change and was informed unexpected things were needed. It's an older car and these things happen. He simplified things for me and helped me understand what was needed now right now and what could wait. I trusted what he was saying and knew my baby was in good hands. I will never use anyone other than Clear Lake Mazda!!!! More
Saved my rainy day catastrophe. I recently found myself in a series of unfortunate events and I am truly thankful I found Mazda of Clear Lake. I was traveling from Des Moines, Iowa I recently found myself in a series of unfortunate events and I am truly thankful I found Mazda of Clear Lake. I was traveling from Des Moines, Iowa to Port Bolivar, Texas to see a family member who had become very ill and this was most likely going to be my last opportunity to see her. I was traveling down the interstate in hard rain when I had a blowout on my drivers rear tire. I took the next exit and seen two dealerships (Honda and Mazda) on the opposite side of the freeway. I knew I could not make it to that side of the freeway and as a woman who has never changed my tire, I had no idea what to do. The next thing that happened was a miracle. An employee at Mazda of Clear Lake (Dustin) stopped in the middle of the pouring rain and asked if I needed help. I explained my situation and he offered to help. He allowed me to sit in his vehicle, because I was drenched from the rain and his vehicle was in a safer position than my stranded car. He then put my spare on my vehicle and he too was soaked from the rain. He offered to drive my vehicle (on a spare tire) and allowed me his to drive to the Mazda shop and see if they had a tire to fit my Lexus. Because it was a tire that did not fit a Mazda, they didn't have one in stock and it would be the next day before one would be available. Dustin took the time and found the tire was available at another tire shop. He then drove me and my vehicle to the other shop to have the tire installed. I cannot properly express my gratitude to Mazda of Clear Lake and especially Dustin. I was desperate and terrified of my situation and because of such a great samaritan, I was safe and healthy and my Lexus was back on the road in much less time than it could have been. The world needs more of this selflessness and compassion. I had never considered buying a Mazda before, but you can be sure that because of such kind service my next vehicle will be a Mazda. I might have to drive back to Texas to make that purchase! More

Excellent Service Team What an awesome service team they have at Mazda of Clear Lake. Last week was literally one of the worst weeks on record for me (definitely in the What an awesome service team they have at Mazda of Clear Lake. Last week was literally one of the worst weeks on record for me (definitely in the top 3). It culminated with my car breaking down. I had the good fortune of having Derek Barry as my Service Advisor. While all my contact with your service department has always been top notch, Derek made sure I had the resources to get my broken down car to the dealership (the 800 roadside assistance number), lined up a loaner car that was ready and waiting for me, worked me into an already busy schedule (right after a holiday weekend!) and had my repaired car back to me by the next day. He did all this while treating me with kindness, respect and a great attitude (particularly when I complained about my crappy week!). It seems like so often people are so quick to point out their petty grievances. That’s why I think it is so important to take the time to point out when you have employees doing things so superbly. I personally have had a recent horrible experience with another dealership so the level of professionalism and friendliness in this service department is especially noticeable. More

Great Customer Service I have a 2005 Mazda3 with nearly 300k miles on it, and I have been taking it to Mazda of Clear Lake since I purchased it. For the last few years I hav I have a 2005 Mazda3 with nearly 300k miles on it, and I have been taking it to Mazda of Clear Lake since I purchased it. For the last few years I have seen Dustin anytime I have had a problem with it or even for simple routine maintenance. I feel like I have a partner that is invested in the well being of my vehicle. Dustin helps me maintain my vehicle carefully and most economically. He doesn't push me to purchase expensive maintenances, instead he helps me develop a plan that works for me and my vehicle. When I purchase my next vehicle it will definitely be from Mazda of Clear Lake. More

My brother and I broke 3 miles from the dealership And had AAA tow us there and Diane in service took care of my 2005 Mazda RX-8 and she was awesome! There was a communication error on my part on the price of the fix but after that they had they the card one that day and my brother and I had a blast were in a hotel across the street from the dealership and we were able to get to the Johnson space center and was very pleased at her professionalism and courteous manner! She kept me updated on the way by text or phone call! I would say in conclusion that Diane if she hasn't already she deserves a raise!! More
