When I need a loaner vehicle, it's part of the process. They get me in and out of there quickly each time, and if the problem is more intricate, they stick with it until it's figured out. Culture of dishonesty fostered by Mr. Stookey I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership and gone to them for service for over 10 years, because I felt this was a dealership I could trus I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership and gone to them for service for over 10 years, because I felt this was a dealership I could trust, which is important to me as a single female. I drive 35 miles each way to get to this dealership - so it's certainly not for the convenience. However, I started noticing that something was different in the service department about 6 months after I bought my 2014 CX-5, which coincides with the time that Mr. Stookey became service manager. Every time I go in now, they quote a price and then at the end add another $100-150 in fees, shop supplies, taxes, etc. I always ask if the quoted price is comprehensive and they tell me yes, but then add on at the end. Sometimes they will credit about half of it back off and sometimes not. I've had them tell me I needed new tires when I had less than 10,000 miles on the set they had put on 8 months previously. They tell me my car will be ready in 2 to 3 hours, and then they spend 6 hours on it, and still don't get all the work done. It has gone steadily downhill, and now it is a place I definitely cannot trust. They lie to me more than they tell me the truth in recent months. I'm actively looking for a better dealership, but it's not an easy thing to find. I'm starting to think this may be a corporate culture within Mazda. More

Recently I had some things that I noticed when I had taken my vehicle recently for regular service . I called Dustin and spoke to him. He asked me to schedule another appointment to come-in to take a look. He made sure all my needs were taken care of and got his team to do a great job once again. He always makes his customer leave with full satisfaction. More
