When I first brought my car in, it took a while to duplicate the noise I was hearing. They did what they thought would fix the problem, but the noise came back the next day. Another trip to Clear Lake Mazda to have routine servicing on my car. I called ahead to make an appointment with my service advisor who had left the dealership. However, I was referred through the service department manager to another service rep. I should not have been concerned. The new guy was super. He was genuinely attentive to my needs. He called me when my car was finished having explained the cost factors of my visit before I left. I like knowing what I will owe before I leave my car. This is a great dealership. The people that have worked with me from sales to service have been professional. More
I have finally found a dealership that cares about its customers. I took my Mazda in for service here after having been to another dealership. Clear Lake Mazda has a great service department that was a help on the phone first. I made my appointment and took in my car. Brain was very knowledgable and listened to what I said was wrong with the car. He took in the car and had it analyzed suggesting specific repairs within less than an hour. He called me at work telling me what was wrong. I told him to do them. My car is running super. I felt that this dealership cared for my needs and did not try to take me to the cleaners on the repairs suggested and completed. And, the car is running great now. This is now my service center for my car. More
I picked up my car this evening after leaving it for servicing. I was very pleased with my new advisor. He was cordial and was very attentive as I explained what was wrong with the auto. Since I am far from a mechanic, he did a great job interpretting the noises I made to describe what I heard when starting up the car when it is cold. And, problem fixed!! Don't believe any of the "new management" garbage that they are trying to spin. All they have here is terrible, overpriced service and rude employees. Coming in for a standard oil change and tire rotation they are trying to spin. All they have here is terrible, overpriced service and rude employees. Coming in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, they put me as the last priority and made me wait several hours during a low volume time. They misspelled my name after several corrections and were very rude. They proceeded to overcharge me for their services and add in all sorts of hidden charges. When I went out to my car the interior had been moved around and trashed, including several personal objects being tossed on the floor. Thanks, Mazda of Clear Lake. You have ensured that I will never ever send my car in if you are the last dealership on earth, and I am now on a crusade to ensure that everyone knows about this. More
The Service Department was efficiently run. I called ahead for an appointment and Brian was ready with all of my paperwork and had me in and out in approx. 15 minutes. I had been having issues with my 2005 RX-8 running correctly. I had taken it to several dealers and no one could seem to find the issue. From the moment I drove into the service department, I knew I w correctly. I had taken it to several dealers and no one could seem to find the issue. From the moment I drove into the service department, I knew I was at the right place. Their customer service is exceptional. Robert greeted me promptly and listened as I explained the problem. He told me not to worry they could look at it that day. I left the car and went to work. Later that afternoon he called to tell me they had identified the issue, a broken wire. WOW, all the time spent at other dealers only to find a broken wire caused all my problems. I would highly recommend Robert and the team at Mazda of Clear Lake. They are professional, courteous and knowledgable. Thanks so much wonderful experience. My car is running great!! More
I took my car in for an electrical problem with the headlights. They kept blinking on and off. It took a day for them to find the issue but it was repaired and I have not had a single issue since. I brought my Toyota to this dealership to preform some service that until now I had not found anyone that did a satisfactory job. I had heard lots of great things about this dealership since it had been service that until now I had not found anyone that did a satisfactory job. I had heard lots of great things about this dealership since it had been put under new management. I am happy to say all of the great things I heard were true and then some. The employees are there to do a great job and not just sale you something that you don't need.
