Received internet pricing, had to order car since the color I wanted was not there, car received pretty quickly from another location. Whole process took less than 3 hours including financing. The process was painless. I submitted on-line and was given a straight forward answer. I walked in that afternoon, test drove the car & bought it the next morning in 30 minutes. They are a very friendly and professional dealership. I had been looking at another Make and visited another dealership (Champion Chevrolet) and was immediately "put off" when I walked in. They were not honest or straight forward with my questions and the quality of car was not anything of that of the Mazda. I am not into the cliche haggle with the sales person, I am just wanting the deal done with honesty. And that is exactly what I felt I got with Fred at Clear Lake Mazda. More

When I purchased my previous car from Honda, I was there for double the amount of time, but I got out quickly and got things done at Mazda. I left that night with a 2011 Mazda 6. I needed a 4 door since I have a baby due to be born in a month, so they were so great! I also worked with Tim Dickerson as well to sign papers and make my down payment, and he was very friendly and very great! More

I was told that all dealers are "evil", when you try to buy a vehicle from them. They pretend to be very nice to you, and collect as much information as they can from you, which you may think th you try to buy a vehicle from them. They pretend to be very nice to you, and collect as much information as they can from you, which you may think they use that to help you, but actually they just to use those information to maximum their profit. You are just not more than a lamb to be slain. Etc... With those word in my mind, I even felt a little bit "creepy" before I went into this dealer, but after I was going through all of these, I found out maybe those people that I met are an exception based on the following fact. For customer Service: Really good. 5 star. I drove out the car at the same day I finished the deal, and got the written promised free service paperwork later. 3 and a half weeks later, I went back to get my ordered accessories installed, it just as easy as they described before, free loaner's car, free installation etc... I told Nick (the service adviser) all my requirement about the installation before I hand my car over to them, and when they finished that, I went back to check and found out they did the things exactly what I said. Nice and good, no more explain. For Quality of Work: The car we want to buy is a 2012 model and just got to dealer within 1 month or so. I don't believe any salesman got so familiar with this car that he can answer all my question without any hesitate. I study the car very carefully before I went into the dealer shop, so I got a lot of question needed to be answered. of cause some of my questions the sales man cannot give us a quick answer, instead of just say something to fool around, they do going back to check the instruction and show me the written evidence and point that out in the car. For these reasons, I give them 5 star. Friendliness: Nice of course, other wise my wife and I would be just turned around and left without saying any word. Especially for Fred Souflee, I knew he knew that he wouldn't get any portion from this deal, but he still treated us really nice, helped us locate a car, drove the car on spot to show us, and explained all the question that we have, while Matt Kinard was not there. Because of him, I give them 5 star. For Price: I did my homework fully, and pretty much already found out what was the lowest price that dealer could sell the car. So base on that price, we negotiate the final price, though the final price got a little bit higher than what we expected, it's still acceptable to us with all the promised future free services. So I give them 5 star. Overall: This was the first time for me to buy a new car for myself, but definitely not the first time to deal with dealers. Compare my several experiences before, this time deal with this dealer(Mazda of Clear Lake) was a really nice experience. Hopefully in the future so. More
