We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Mazda2. For most of the sales process, we dealt with Fred and James, but we came to a final agreement on price with Ahmad. This process went well, but took a very long time. Everyone seemed honest and upfront. We dealt with David for financing, and this is where things took a turn for the worse. He rushed through the paperwork explaining very little of what he had done, saying he was trying to get us out of there quickly since we had been there so long. We noticed that he added an expensive extended warranty without asking. He redid the paperwork for us, and that was removed quickly and without push back. We thought everything was in order, signed the paperwork, and left the dealership after over three and half hours there. It was over an hour after the dealership closed for the night. The only frustration that night was that Fred told us it was too late for the dealership to put gas in the car, so we left the dealership with the gas light on and not enough gas to even make it home. This is the only car I have ever bought from a dealer that did not come with a full tank of gas. The next day, I realized we had been taken advantage of somewhere late I the financing process. At some point, the “cash price” of the vehicle increased by almost $1000 from the agreed upon amount. Some of the paperwork has the agreed upon price and some has the higher price. We should have caught this before signing everything away, but it was late, we were rushed, and we were trusting as everything else had gone very smoothly. When I called the dealership and spoke to Ahmad about this issue, he agreed that we should not have been charged the higher amount, and promised to talk to the finance director to get a resolution and call me back. That call back never happened, and now I cannot reach him via phone or email. The bottom line is this dealership will promise to be honest and reputable, but will sneak in anything they can to make an extra buck in the financing stage. Obviously, they are not as interested in making customers for life and gaining referrals as they lead on during the sales process. I will find another dealership, not owned by John Eagle, next time I purchase a car. If you buy a car here, watch every charge carefully, they will likely change in the dealer’s favor. More

Gerson was awesome! He wasn't just a salesman, I realized he was my peer as well. After a little bit of conversation with him, I found out that he also sold a vehicle to my company commander in my unit. Afte he was my peer as well.
