I requested a financing approval and a quote for a Mazda3 I-Touring through the internet. I was e-mail that I was approved for the 1.9% financing for 60 months and quoted a price of $18,258 for the car with I-Touring through the internet. I was e-mail that I was approved for the 1.9% financing for 60 months and quoted a price of $18,258 for the car with an MSRP of $20,394. I asked them to finalize the paperwork and they had set the purchase price of the quoted vehicle at $19,546. I asked them to correct the mistake and showed them the e-mail with the quoted price. Every time they gave me an excuse I would challenge it with facts and they would come up with a new explanation. When I asked them to give me back my keys for my car that I was going to trade in because I no longer wanted to deal with them they refused. I requested the keys to my car four times before they finally return them to me. The last time I was getting my phone out to call the authorities. More

Think twice before you take your vehicle for service, I had A very bad experince. No wonder mazda of clear lake losing there customer because of the service. Only reason I went to clear lake was closer to my resident and give them a try. BAD IDEA!! I should of take it to I 10 area. Great pple! Great service!. Clearlake lost my respect how they run there service department.
