I purchased a Mazda5 from here that was used. Our sales man was great and we were told it was in excellent condition. IT WAS NOT!! Within 60 days of having the van the driver side axel shaft had to be repl man was great and we were told it was in excellent condition. IT WAS NOT!! Within 60 days of having the van the driver side axel shaft had to be replaced and the window regulator assembly has to be replaced. My mechanic did the axel shaft and the transmission fluid was BLACK. They refused to offer any assistance or compensation. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

I bought a used car "as is" from DeMontrond Mazda, thinking the many positive reviews were an indication of its integrity. Just 10 days after my purchase, the check engine light came on. There were thinking the many positive reviews were an indication of its integrity. Just 10 days after my purchase, the check engine light came on. There were major engine problems that cost almost half of what I had just paid to buy the car! The sales manager claimed they did not know about the problems and hide them from me when I bought the car. All of the people I spoke to at DeMontrond Mazda said that cars just break sometimes. Coincidental timing? Could they have not known about such extensive problems? My mechanic doesn’t think so. You can decide if doing business with them is worth the risk to you. As for me, this costly lesson has taught me to never do business with DeMontrond Mazda again. The only person who seemed to care about our situation at all was the general manager, Kelly Stewart, but in the end even he did not do what he said he would do, and he stopped returning my calls and emails. The sales director Ahmad Khalil was particularly uncaring. More

Chris was a professional at the dealership throughout the whole process, but it was during the delivery process when he was taking me through the CX-5’s options that his passion really showed. Here’s a guy that’s gone through this whole delivery process day in and day out who looked as genuinely excited as someone like me who was seeing it all for the first time. For financing I worked with Karim, who was another true professional but also one of the most laidback finance guys I’ve ever worked with. There was no rush, he answered every question... no “hard sell” here either, just open conversation. I love the CX-5, but I could’ve got one anywhere. I got mine from Demontrond because of the people here. More
